Your first visit, explained step by step.

No app, cash or tokens are required. Choose a machine, pay by card or phone, start the programme and return promptly when the cycle ends.

Before closing the door

A few minutes of preparation protect your laundry and improve the result.

  • Separate whites, colours and dark laundry.
  • Check every pocket and remove coins, keys and tissues.
  • Close zips and turn delicate garments inside out.
  • Use a mesh bag for small or delicate items.
  • Always check the care label for temperature and drying.
  • Fill a washer to roughly 3/4 at most — never force items in.

Washing

Detergent is dispensed automatically and included in the price. Do not add detergent directly to the machine.

    Choose and load a washer

    Select the capacity for your load, place the laundry inside and close the door firmly.

  2. 02

    Tap your card or phone

    Tap your card or phone on the yellow reader and select the number of the washer you loaded.

  3. 03

    Wait for the wash to finish

    Washing takes approximately 40 minutes. Professional detergent is dispensed automatically.

    When the wash ends

    Move the laundry to a dryer.

Drying

Bulky items need space in the dryer too. A smaller load dries more evenly and gently.

  1. 01

    Move the laundry to a dryer

    Transfer the laundry from the washer into one of the two dryers. For the best result, fill the dryer about halfway.

  2. 02

    Tap your card or phone

    Tap your card or phone on the dryer’s yellow reader and select dryer 1 or 2.

  3. 03

    Choose the programme and press Start

    On the dryer, select higher or lower heat and press Start. One cycle takes 20 minutes.

  4. 04

    Remove the load when the cycle ends

    Collect it promptly so the dryer is available for the next customer.

Useful tips

  • Choose the lowest care-label-safe temperature to help clothes last longer.
  • Use dryer balls for down garments or duvets to help redistribute the filling.

House rules

  • Machines are for domestic laundry washing and drying.
  • Do not wash carpets in these machines.
  • Never exceed the capacity shown on the machine.
  • Collect laundry as soon as the cycle ends.
  • Wipe any spilled water and return baskets to their place.
  • Smoking is prohibited and children must be supervised.
